Omenihu Oluikpe, R.Ph. , M.S.

Ome founded R DRUGS ETC with a vision to build a pharmacy where patients receive best care without the hassles sometimes associated with pharmacy care. He firmly believes that the pharmacist can best serve the community by providing resources to healthcare providers that will facilitate drug therapy for their patients. The guiding principle of R DRUGS ETC is that by working with the healthcare provider the patient's interests are best served.

Ome was born in a Washington, D.C. surburb by Nigerian immigrant parents. Raised in a small university town in Eastern Nigeria, Ome returned to the U.S. after graduating from pharmacy school at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Upon his return, he began his pharmacy practice career as an intern at the Veteran's hospital and then moved on to a Sales / Marketing position in the pharmaceutical industry. There he continued his education, completing disease state management programs in diabetes care, cardiology, immunology and rheumatology. In the process he earned a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy Administration from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy, Long Island University, New York. His thirst for learning is insatiable and he has completed courses in Veterinary Pharmacy and Compounding for Women's Health. He is a Fellow of American College of Veterinary Pharmacists, a Fellow of American College of Apothecaries and Member of Professional Compounding Centers of America.

Ome is committed to providing the best pharmacy care to Rochester city residents, workforce and visitors.

Matthew Coakley, Pharm D.

Matt joined R DRUGS ETC in March 2009. He has since become a key member of the pharmacy team largely responsible for dispensing medications, offering patient counselling and communicating with healthcare providers to optimize patients' drug regimen.

Matt earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2005 where he also earned a scholarship for academic excellence. Since then, he has worked as Pharmacist and Supervising Pharmacist for 2 national chain pharmacies in the Rochester area. He is currently a member of the American Pharmacits' Association (APhA), American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP), and Kappa Psi, a national professional society of special interest to the pharmacy profession.

Matt has completed PCCA's Comprehensive Compounding Course as well as R DRUGS ETC's Home Medical Supply Billing and Customer Service training.

Matt's hobbies include traveling, cooking, skiing, boating, and camping.  He enjoys spending his free time with friends and his dog, Titan.
