Ome founded R DRUGS ETC with a vision to build a pharmacy where patients receive best care without the hassles sometimes associated with pharmacy care. He firmly believes that the pharmacist can best serve the community by providing resources to healthcare providers that will facilitate drug therapy for their patients. The guiding principle of R DRUGS ETC is that by working with the healthcare provider the patient's interests are best served.
Ome was born in a Washington, D.C. surburb by Nigerian immigrant parents. Raised in a small university town in Eastern Nigeria, Ome returned to the U.S. after graduating from pharmacy school at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Upon his return, he began his pharmacy practice career as an intern at the Veteran's hospital and then moved on to a Sales / Marketing position in the pharmaceutical industry. There he continued his education, completing disease state management programs in diabetes care, cardiology, immunology and rheumatology. In the process he earned a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy Administration from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy, Long Island University, New York. His thirst for learning is insatiable and he has completed courses in Veterinary Pharmacy and Compounding for Women's Health. He is a Fellow of American College of Veterinary Pharmacists, a Fellow of American College of Apothecaries and Member of Professional Compounding Centers of America.

Janine obtained her Pharm.D. degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2005. She subsequently served as both supervising pharmacist and staff pharmacist for large retail chains and went on to become a preceptor for St. John Fisher School of Pharmacy.
Janine joined R Drugs Etc in 2011 and has since obtained certification in both veterinary and women's health compounding. She also completed the American Pharmacist Association's Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery training to become a certified immunizing pharmacist. She is committed to helping improve the health and well-being of the Rochester community and is proud to be a part of the R Drugs Etc team.
As the R Drugs Etc’s Pharmacy Services Specialist, Bethany provides comprehensive pharmacotherapy services in both the outpatient and in hospital clinical setting. She received her Bachelors of Science in Microbiology & Immunology from the University of Rochester and her Doctorate of Pharmacy from SUNY University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences. Bethany is involved in the implementation and enhancement of clinical activities including compounding, immunizations, medication therapy management services/CMS compliance. Active in pharmacy practice since 2010, Bethany has a special interest in the clinical application of compounded medications. Bethany is also certified to deliver immunizations and vaccinations.
Bethany is a Rochester native and became acquainted with R Drugs Etc. in 2009 when she completed a P-4 internship there. She believes R Drugs Etc’s most valuable asset is the strong and committed relationship it shares with its patients, loyal prescribers, and dedicated staff.
As an integral part of the team at R Drugs Etc., She acts as a liaison to the medical provider community, providing compound-related therapeutic guidance and recommendations.
